We respect patient confidentiality and we are required by the State of Georgia and Federal law to maintain the privacy of your protected health information (PHI). Your health record contains PHI about you, including demographic information, that may identify you and that relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health or condition and related health care services. We are required to follow the privacy practices described in this Notice, though we reserve the right to change our privacy practices and the terms of this Notice at any time. We are a HIPAA compliant medical office. We will not engage in sending or replying to emails that contain patient/treatment information. We also are prohibited from offering medical advice via email. Please limit your email inquiries to general appointment or orthopaedic questions. Should you need to discuss more specific patient or treatment information such as reporting a post-operative complication or side effect, or recent injury, please call our office directly to speak to a member of our staff.
